Introduction
Technical teams rely on clear communication to build, operate, and hand off systems. Misunderstandings cost time, create defects, and slow releases. This five-day course teaches practical, repeatable communication skills for engineers and their partners. You will practice real tasks: messages, meetings, presentations, feedback, and documentation.
Objectives
Lead focused technical meetings that result in decisions and assigned next steps.
Explain complex technical ideas concisely to non-technical audiences using examples and simple visuals.
Give and receive structured feedback on code, designs, and requirements to improve quality and alignment.
Produce practical documentation, runbooks, and handover notes that others can act on without follow-up questions.
Who Should Attend
Software engineers (mid-level to senior)
Engineering managers and team leads
Site Reliability Engineers and DevOps engineers
Product managers and product owners who work directly with engineering
QA leads and technical writers involved in developer-facing documentation
